This modern rendition of our classic poetry "Sarfaroshi ki Tamanna" is a musical recreation of the famous poem by Bismil Azeemabaadi, which was later popularised and modified by Ram Prasad Bismil. It is an effort by Shadaj to celebrate the efforts of a common Indian citizen
The primary thing which an artist requires to pursue their art, is moral and mentalsupport, which most of the times is lacking. Underpayment, self doubt and endless expectations act as a push towards the edge and gives a lot of unwanted and unnecessary things to think, or rather overthink about, and the place becomes a ‘Dystopia’ for the artist.
In 2020, amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, we filmed a documentary with the Lucknow Administration, showcasing their tireless efforts to manage the crisis.
With behind-the-scenes access, we captured their robust system for doorstep delivery of essentials, highlighting officers' resilience, coordination, and empathy in serving the citizens of our country.
